SHIPPING

Products purchased at BATE SOCIAL STORE online are shipped by GLS.

Orders are prepared once payment has been confirmed and during the following timetable: Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00. All orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next working day. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Once the order has been placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase and shipment, with a tracking number.

Orders will be dispatched upon confirmation of shipment.

RETURNS

We accept returns as long as the items have not been used, washed and are in the same condition as when they were received, with their packaging and corresponding label. If the items are received in poor condition, we will not be able to make the requested return.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If you wish to make a return or exchange, please write to hello@queridamaida.com and you will be able to choose between the following options*:

Exchange for another product of the same value.

Exchange for another product of a higher amount and pay the difference.

Exchange for another product of lesser value and we will refund the difference to your account.

Complete return of the product and you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase.

We recommend returning the product in the same packaging it was received in.

Once the return is approved, the value of the purchase will be refunded by the method previously agreed through the mail sent to info@bate.work

In the event that a defective, damaged or incorrect product arrives, please contact us at info@bate.work within 24 hours of receipt of the order. In this case, BSS will cover the shipping and return costs.

* The customer will bear the shipping costs in the case of an exchange and ordinary return.
